A leader in software the founders expressly chose to locate their office to create an alternative for technologists that would give them more of a quality of life and better balance between work and spending time with their families. With over 1500 employees, 50 percent work either at their Pleasanton office or by telecommute.  The decision to locate their headquarters in their current location, has helped the business succeed primarily through the ability to attract top-tier talent and employees with similar family values. The project spanned three floors of open office space that include lounge spaces, meeting rooms, and a gaming area with golf simulator. Ancillary furniture throughout each floor reflects a different theme and is color-coordinated to match the art throughout the space. As a LEED-Gold certification project sustainable materials were used throughout including in most of the furniture selections throughout the campus.
