The colorful concept behind the design for their new SF office at SOMA neighborhood, was to  create a workspace not only to promote the high-tech and contemporary office environment that attracts talents but also to reinforce their brand’s evolving identity as one of the top global real estate companies in the market. This design strategy derived from was about the new modern of Colliers. Alternating to an open office plan not only supported this idea, but also changed the culture and their work style. Less private offices, open workstations to shared huddle rooms and phone rooms that empowers flexible technology use, and the lunchroom that encourages the social gatherings where many of the design elements reflects employee’s personalities. As part of the reception area, the large conference room have operable walls, which are movable glass partitions, that can enclose the space and flexible enough to host all-hands events or private meetings as needed. Lobby features a three dimensional life size version of client’s logo as the welcoming element, and it’s highlighted in front of a back lit graphic wall to that represent Colliers print identity.
