1101 Connecticut is a 72-unit affordable housing development that represents the first vertical construction phase of the HOPE SF Potrero master plan. Consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedrooms, 53 of the units will be reserved for existing Potrero public housing residents, 18 of the units will be set aside for low-income households not currently residing at Potrero Annex/Terrace and one unit will be reserved for the on-site manager.The common spaces and apartments take advantage of the views with a large south facing courtyard designed for play, interaction, and barbeque. Planned amenities include a large community room, laundry facilities, services/management offices, bike parking and a courtyard. The project targeted LEED Gold Certification
